All orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

UPS
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information via E-mail. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Store Pick-Up
Some products offered on the Site are available for pickup in store. Not all items are available for this service nor is the service. For same-day pickup, your order must be submitted by 12pm eastern time, and the item must be available at the store. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup or if an item is unavailable at the store. If your item is unavailable at the store, your order will be canceled. If someone else will be picking up your order, you must designate him/her as an alternate pickup person when ordering. When picking up your order, you or your alternate pickup person must show a valid government-issued ID. ASK Locksmith will hold your items for four days starting the day after the order was processed. If your order has not been picked up within that time frame, you may elect to extend it by one additional day. This must occur before your original time window expires. After four days (or five days if you chose to extend the time window), your order will be canceled and you are going to be charged 15% restocking fee. In no event will orders be held for more than five days. ASK Locksmith reserves the right to limit the quantity of items ordered for Store Pickup as well as the days of the year that this service is offered.
Returns & Exchanges
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Return shipping expenses for the return of products are the responsibility of the customer.
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective.
1. Please email info@asklocksmith247.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- ASK Locksmith, Inc. approval must be uptained prior to return of any merchandise. Returns without an RMA number will be refused and returned at the shipper`s expense.
- Return for refund will not be allowed if it has been more than 30 days after original invoice date.- All returns are subject to inspection and a 15% restocking fee.
- If an item returned is found to be in unsellable condition, the customer may elect to have the item returned back. If returned, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return. The decision must be made within 15 days after advisement by ASK Locksmith, Inc. No refund will be issued.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include electronic divices and hardware in blisted package.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
Exchanges
If your item is in new condition, not opened you may exchange it for any other that matches the same price. You will subject to a 15% restocking fee, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
