These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of asklocksmith247.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products or services from ASK Locksmith, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
ASK Locksmith, Inc. is a licensed locksmith business located at 247 West 38th Street, New York, NY 10018, serving New York City since 1988. We are an authorized dealer of Mul-T-Lock and Medeco security products.
2. Products and Orders

All product prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud.

Product images are for illustration; minor variations may occur.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we confirm shipment.
3. Custom and Cut Products
Keys cut to order, keyed-alike lock sets, and other custom-configured products are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
4. Returns and Refunds

Unused, uncut, and unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Custom products (see Section 3) are non-returnable.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Locksmith Services

Service appointments, pricing, and availability are confirmed by phone.

Quotes given over the phone are estimates; final pricing may vary based on the actual work required, which will be communicated before work begins.

Proof of ownership or authorized access (e.g., ID, lease, or authorization from the property owner) is required for lockout services, rekeying, and key duplication of restricted keyways. We reserve the right to refuse service where ownership or authorization cannot be verified.
7. Security Product Disclaimer
No lock or security product can guarantee absolute protection. Products are sold as security aids. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from break-ins, theft, or unauthorized entry.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of ASK Locksmith, Inc. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Mul-T-Lock, Medeco, and other brand names are trademarks of their respective owners.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to access restricted areas, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASK Locksmith, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, products, or services.
